In addition to the facilities available at ASAŞSANAT's workshop, artists can also utilize ASAŞ's mechanical processing facility in their production.

Facilities include: All machining and assembly methods, including cutting, 5-axis CNC machining, turning, milling, wire erosion, riveting, and adhesive bonding.

In the production of bending and forming works of art, CNC and conventional bending lines, hydraulic and press brakes available within ASAŞ can be used in accordance with the project details.

Parts manufactured from cast iron, sheet metal, and profiles are joined by expert, certified welders using MIG and TIG welding methods. Additionally, ASAŞ's robotic welding lines can be used depending on the suitability of the project and the work involved. These robotic welding lines can weld parts up to 3.5 meters wide and 30 meters long.

ASAŞSANAT produces sculptures at its foundry with a daily capacity of 50 tons of molten aluminum and 240 tons of molding sand. Additionally, if needed, molten aluminum can be continuously supplied from ASAŞ's 90,000-ton annual capacity foundry facilities. This allows large-scale parts to be produced in one run at the ASAŞSANAT workshop.

500 kilogram, 1 ton and 2 ton transfer crucibles are available for the safe transport of molten metal.
